●◑ Terms of Service ◐●

Ordering a commission from me means that you automatically agree to these terms. Ordering a commission from me also means that you not only have read the terms of service but understand it as well. Any violations to the terms of service might result into having your commission canceled and/or being blacklisted from future commissions.Anyone who aligns themselves with anything or anyone listed in my DNI is banned from receiving a commission for me.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------✅What I will draw✅

Commissions can take anywhere from a week, to a month to finish, sometimes longer depending on both my personal life and how many commissions are a head of yours. If I think a commission is going to take a long time to complete I will let the commissioner know.
. I will ask if the terms of service has been read through and will ask additional questions about such if I feel like I need to. I do not need to explain why I feel like I need to ask at any given moment.
. I will not make exceptions on what I have clearly stated that I will not draw.
. I will gladly send WIPs of the commission through out the process if the commissioner would like to see them. Commissioners will have the choice to decline seeing WIPs if they do not want to.
. I will ask for permission to publicly post the finished commission and will respect if the commissioner's wishes to keep it private if they so choose.
. If I should choose to add any extra details or shading to the commission, they will be free of charge and I will provide versions of the commissions without the extra detailing.
. I will also ask if the commissioner wants other versions of their commission such as an unshaded version or a background-less version.
. I am always willing to change anything with the commission at any point during so(and up to two days after the finished commission is sent over)
. I have the right to turn down a commission, both with and without a stated reason and I am under no obligation to give a reason if asked.
.Commissions will be done in the order they were received
. I will ask questions when I need to about the commission.
. You are allowed to contact me anytime during the commission with any inquires about the commission.●◐●◐●◐●Commission rules:
~. Commissions must be payed BEFORE the commission is started. This is to prevent people from ordering a commission, and then once the commission is done and they have received it, they claim they no longer have the money or straight up never pay. Commissions are to be payed up to 2 days after it's been confirmed or it will be dropped. ~
. On the same end, refunds are not accepted. This is for a similar reason as to why commissions are to be payed before completion. I want to avoid a situation where I finish a commission, I send it to the commissioner, then they demand a refund and since the commission is already finished and sent over, they get the finished product for free. I am more than wiling to change anything at any time during the commission process and if you do not say what you want changed or added at any point during the process that is not my fault but entirely your own. Please think before you order a commission! Although if I for whatever reason cannot complete the commission due to real life interferences or the commission will take a crazy long time to complete, then I will offer a refund.
. Credit must be given if the finished commission is posted on other sites by the commission owner. If you are not the commission owner you do not have right to repost the finished commission unless you either A) own the character in the commission or B) have permission for the commission owner.
. My art is not to be used as NFTs or for blockchains under any circumstances, regardless of whether or not its your commission or character. I will not accept any commissions of a character that belongs to a brand of NFT(bored apes etc.).
. My art is not to be used for A.I art under any circumstances, regardless of whether or not it's your commission. The commission still contains my art style and I do not feel comfortable having it fed into an A.I to be recreated, as it hurts my ability to get commissions as well as steals my art to make poor recreations.
. Removal of my signature or watermark is not allowed as well as claiming the art as your own, from both the commissioner or anyone else.
. Aggressive behavior and rudeness is not tolerated in any context during the commission process and can/will result in the commission being dropped and refunded(if the commissioner complies to do so).
. I will not accept any requests of having a discount and will not tolerate price complaints. I will also not accept split payments(some of the money is payed for before, some of the money is payed after).
. You are expected to be descriptive as possible when ordering a commission. Pre-done sketches or outlines of what the commissioner wants is accepted and encouraged.
. References of what is being commissioned are required and must be clear to understand. High resolution/quality references are encouraged. Lack of an unclear reference can result in a commission order being turned down unless a better one is provided.
. You are allowed to order commissions as a gift for a friend or family member(as long as the one you are gifting to would be fine with/consent to the commission).●◐●◐●◐●-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Blacklisted indivisuals can be found in the DNI tab. For one reason or another, these people have been banned from ever receiving commissions from me, or from interacting with my art and content in general. People who are associated with people on this list and/or have supported them and their actions in the past are also not allowed to have access to my content.I will not accept any requests to be taken off the block list, whether from the person themselves or from someone vouching for them. Vouching for anyone on this list will result in you getting blacklisted as well. I am under no obligation to give any reasons as to why anyone is on the blacklist. If there are anyone associated with those on the list I failed to list let me know privately and with evidence.
